The following are some solutions we have provided for our clients.
Problem:
The world's largest Medical Waste Disposal company needed to provide MSDS's for
thousands of their customers.
Solution:
Compliance Publishing developed a system that included a customized web page that links
directly from their website, and creates a personalized website for each of
their clients, with each client having a unique login and password.
Problem:
The nations third largest University needed MSDS's for every department, from
chemistry and physics labs, to maintenance and fleet service. Because of the
large number of users, they needed to eliminate the need for a user name and
password, even though they had multiple networks and locations.
Solution:
Using Recognize™ Compliance Publishing provided a customized site
with 'Login Free' access to all of their networks and locations, and added
thousands of MSDS's that were unique to the University setting.
Problem:
A $1.4 billion apparel company needed to reduce costs, increase the
effectiveness of their current MSDS system, and expand the reach of the MSDS's
to manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and retail locations.
Solution:
Compliance Publishing provided a system that provided both 'login free' access using
Recognize™ as well as a user name and password
for retail locations spread throughout the U.S.. Thousands of MSDS's needed to
be added in a variety of formats from their many small vendors. Their annual
savings exceeded $55,000 from just one of their locations.
Problem:
A customer needed the MSDS's added into their personal MSDS collection to be
password protected against accidental deletion.
Solution:
Compliance Publishing developed FileLock™ to make MSDS's easy to
add, but required a password to remove.
Problem:
A distributor was constantly getting calls to provide MSDS's to their customers.
Having hundreds of product lines, maintaining the MSDS's on their own website
wasn't cost effective.
Solution:
Compliance Publishing was able to provide the MSDS's for all of their customers through a
direct link from their website. Requiring the user to access the distributors
website using Recognize™, instead of just 'book
marking' the MSDS web site, the distributor was able to keep the customer coming
back to their website to see weekly specials.
