  • How many MSDS's are found on your system?

    A:
    		 There are millions of MSDS's on the On-Line system, and 280,000 on the CD system.

    We add and update more than 2,000 MSDS's every day to keep you up-to-date.

  • What if we cannot find an MSDS on your system?

    A:
    		 You can request an MSDS not found on our system simply by clicking on the 'request an MSDS' button found on the MSDS site.  Most requests are filled within two weeks, and many times within hours.

    With your Compliance Publishing MSDS subscription, you may request an unlimited number of MSDS's

  • May I add MSDS's to your system for MSDS's that we already have?

    A:
    		 Absolutely.  We can add all of your MSDS's in just a matter of day. They still need to go through our seven step quality control, like all MSDS's, but this will get your MSDS's up faster, or provide us with MSDS that may not be readily available.

  • How long does it take to get setup?

    A:
    		 We can have you setup in just minutes. A customer service representative can add your company, setup the 'Recognize' system, and FileLock in just minutes.

  • I want to eliminate the login passwords...how do I do that?

    A:
    		 Recognize™ allows you to login without a user name or password.  This is used for Unlimited Site License users. Just click on our login page, our system instantly recognizes you, and sends you to your MSDS site. This works even if you have multiple sites around the country or around the world.

  • We have hundreds or thousands of customers that need our MSDS's, can you help?

    A:
    		 Of course we can, and we can have you running in just minutes. Using Recognize, your customers can link to our site directly from your site, and gain access to all of your MSDS's. If your MSDS's are not currently on our system, we can have them available within days. We can even completely customize the website to make it look like your own MSDS system.

  • Will this make me OSHA compliant?

    A:
    		 Yes. Our MSDS's come directly from the manufacturer, and our access makes you OSHA compliant. We do recommend that you keep a backup paper copy in your office in case there is a power failure or communications interruption. You should make a backup copy every year.

  • Many companies provide MSDS services...why should I use Compliance Publishing?

The Compliance Publishing has more of the MSDS's that you use, and they are current MSDS's, along with the archive MSDS's for the chemicals you have had in the past.

  • May I cancel my service after I subscribe to your service?

    A:
    		 Absolutely. We want you to be satisfied with the services Complicance Publishing Corporation provides.

    You may cancel within 90 days after you start your service, and with some circumstances, you may be granted additional time, on a case by case basis.

    If you do cancel, you will receive a prorated portion of your subscription, less $10 for each Material Safety Data Sheet that you have either viewed from our system, or that we have acquired for you, and sent to you via email.
